• Tracks and traces all shipments, ensuring accuracy, meeting customer expectations, and confirming vendor compliance with Candor Expedite’s commitments.
• Enters and verifies all carrier documentation for new carrier setups, and updates existing partner profiles as needed.
• Ensures carrier partners adhere to all federal guidelines related to FMCSA and DOT requirements.
• Releases all customer orders for invoicing via Candor’s TMS in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensures all rate confirmations and rate agreements are compliant.
• Understanding transportation optimization techniques, including mode selection, freight consolidation, load building, and efficient routing.
• Oversees carrier accountability for proof of delivery, capacity, driver information, truck and trailer requirements, tracking acceptance, and service commitments.
• Develops effective long‑term relationships with carrier drivers, shippers, consignees, and teammates.
• Collaborates with account managers and carrier sales to ensure customer satisfaction is upheld.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience managing multiple clients, projects, and/or teams to achieve a high service level
• A basic understanding of freight, shipping & transportation, supply chain, and client service related to the industry
