CDL Training Program

Are you a recent CDL graduate looking for a stable company to launch your professional driving career? We are seeking new Class A CDL holders for our comprehensive, paid OTR training program.

This program is specifically structured to transition entry-level drivers into confident, high-earning solo operators. From paid orientation to your safety-focused mentorship phase, we provide the tools, premium equipment, and structured dispatch you need to succeed.

The Training & Onboarding Process

Paid Orientation: Held in Springdale, AR. We take care of you from day one—travel and hotel accommodations are fully provided, along with a $100 food stipend.

On-the-Road Mentorship: Complete a minimum of 10 days of hands-on OTR training alongside an experienced driver mentor, earning a steady $75.00 per day.

Solo Upgrade: Return to Arkansas for your final testing and instantly upgrade to full solo status with your own assigned truck.

Solo Fleet Compensation & Career Growth

Solo Launch: Start out at $0.35 CPM running an average of 2,500+ miles per week.
90-Day Step-Up: Your pay increases significantly to $0.50 CPM after just 3 months of safe solo driving.
1-Year Milestone: Earn up to $0.55 CPM once you hit your one-year anniversary.
Additional Protection: Peace-of-mind breakdown pay of $40.00 after 24 hours.

Miles & Lanes: High-volume dry van freight with steady, year-round miles across all 48 states.
Passenger Policy: Want to bring a loved one along? A passenger policy is available immediately after upgrading to solo status (no pets allowed).

Job Requirements

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Recent Grads Welcomed: Your Class A CDL must have been obtained within the past 12 months.
Experience Cap: Designed for entry-level drivers; you must have limited recent carrier experience (no more than 3 months with any other carrier).
Commitment: Must be fully willing to complete the paid mentor training phase and transition to a standard OTR schedule (out 2–4 weeks at a time).
Compliance: Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.
