No Exp Class A Company Driver - Regional

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed Class A drivers for a paid 4-6 week mentor training program. You will work alongside an experienced driver, learn real over-the-road routines, and prepare to move into solo driving once training is complete. After training, drivers can earn $1,600-$1,800 per week with weekly direct deposit and full benefits available.

You will ride with and work alongside a mentor while learning how to manage trips, pickups, deliveries, communication, inspections, and safe day-to-day trucking habits. The goal is to give new drivers real road experience before taking on solo responsibilities. Once training is complete you can expect steady miles and predictable routes every week, with weekly home time, and an assigned unit and build your experience for higher milage based pay.

This is a good fit for new CDL-A holders who are coachable, reliable, safety-minded, and ready to learn the job in a professional over-the-road environment.

• Valid CDL-A
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school with 120h of instructions completed
• Clean MVR
• Ability to meet DOT requirements
• No prior driving experience required
