We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

** to join our fast-paced, dynamic team supporting a leading biotechnology client.

** Salary:**  $70,000 - $80,000

* Position Overview:

* In this role, you will manage and oversee all logistics and transportation operations at our Plano, TX facility, ensuring smooth, timely, and cost-efficient delivery of materials while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipping activities at the Plano, TX site, providing support to Warehouse and Shipping staff.

+ Develop and implement logistics strategies and standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics operations with overall business objectives.

* Qualifications:

*
* + Minimum of 3 years of logistics experience, preferably in a regulated or biotechnology environment.

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

+ Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping and international logistics preferred.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
