Warehouse​/Route​/Service Floater

First Choice Coffee Services has been delivering premium office coffee solutions throughout the United States for nearly half a century. We’re seeking a full‑time Warehouse/Route Driver/Service Floater to join our team (Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends).

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

• Serve as backup to our Route Drivers.
• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up products or equipment.
• Follow delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Load and unload goods, verifying accuracy of delivery contents.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues as needed.

• Perform basic service tasks, such as assembling, installing, or repairing equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with products or machinery.
• Provide excellent customer service during on‑site visits.
• Report major service issues to the appropriate department for follow‑up.

• Fill in across roles to support seamless operations, including assisting other team members.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, service techs, drivers, and customer service teams to coordinate tasks.
• Assist in special projects such as equipment setup or warehouse reorganizations.

• Starting hourly rate of $19.00 to $21.00

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of experience.
• Past driving experience preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 75 pounds.
