Delivery Driver

Position Overview

Sleep Number® is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport Sleep Number beds to customers and military bases. You will operate climate‑controlled trucks, work as part of a team, and deliver a premium brand experience.

• Lead the customer experience, ensuring a great first night of proven, quality sleep
• Communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Become a trusted “Sleep Expert” and build connections with a diverse array of customers
• Work in a team environment delivering with a partner
• Represent the Sleep Number brand and deliver proven quality sleep

• Minimum age 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license (State issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ), Enhanced , Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense  other acceptable identification)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with the help of a partner
• Prior customer‑facing experience
• Identification that allows access to military bases

• Base pay starting at $21.75 per hour
