• Reliable income in your pocket. Top drivers earn up to $90,000 per year, with a $1,200 weekly minimum when running 1,800+ miles. Most drivers earn $1,400-$2,200 per week.

• No flatbed experience? No problem. Start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, then spend a second week driving with a flatbed instructor. Earn $2,000 during your two-week onboarding while you build new skills.

• Paid Orientation and Training:
  Up to $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus With Quicker Payout for Experienced Drivers
• $600 In‑Truck Bonus when you get into your own truck + $1,000/week guaranteed pay during your first two weeks in your truck
• Average regional drivers are earning $1,400-$1,850/week, with top 25% of drivers earning as much as $2,400/week
• NEW Increased Tarp Pay: earn $40 for smoke and steel tarping and $50 for lumber tarping – an increase of more than 20% over previous rates

Requirements and Skills

• Valid Class A CDL
• No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs
• Minimum 23 years of age
• Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
• Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription)
• Employee ownership with TMC's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
• NEW Holiday Pay: $125 per day for six holidays each year – New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
