The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment by assisting with inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and material handling processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
Job Responsibilities- Perform general warehouse duties including standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, and lifting materials regularly
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations
- Operate manual and power pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation using computer systems
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with organizing and maintaining clean, efficient warehouse operations
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet operational deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Support additional warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned
- 1-2 years of warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to regularly lift 10-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and twist throughout the workday
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious work ethic
- SAP experience preferred but not required
- Forklift certification helpful but not required
- Experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse equipment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
