The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment by assisting with inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and material handling processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

• Perform general warehouse duties including standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, and lifting materials regularly
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations
• Operate manual and power pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation using computer systems
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with organizing and maintaining clean, efficient warehouse operations
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet operational deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Support additional warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned

• 1-2 years of warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to regularly lift 10-50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and twist throughout the workday
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious work ethic
• SAP experience preferred but not required
• Forklift certification helpful but not required
• Experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse equipment preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
