ResponsibilitiesThe Logistics Warehouse Associate III is a fast-paced role responsible for performing warehouse tasks including unloading delivery trucks, receiving, stocking, shipping, and RMA processing for the Distribution Center. Responsibilities ensure efficient and safe receiving, stocking, and professional packaging of orders for shipping. Key job responsibilities include:
- Take receipt of delivered shipments.
- Verify quantities and part numbers against the OEM or customer packing slip; note shortages and damage if applicable.
- Identify product, generate, and issue a Serialized Bar Code.
- Apply the Serialized Bar Code to equipment and capture serial number and MAC address or other pertinent information.
- Apply the Box Label to equipment so pertinent project information is visible.
- Receive equipment into the project-assigned virtual warehouse(s) within the NWN Carousel Plano Distribution Inventory Database.
- Stock received deliveries in designated areas.
- Pull and prepare orders for shipping.
- Process ship orders through the Clippership Invoicing Program, which generates tracking information and decrements inventory.
- Work with LTL and Freight Forwarders for large shipments or white-glove services.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proven warehouse experience.
- Two or more years of firsthand experience in related roles.
- Proficient computer skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions.
- Strong people skills, multitasking ability, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to collaborate with others.
- Clear and effective communication with Transportation Carriers, Managers, Project Management, Purchasing, RMA, QA, Sr Leadership, and peers.
- Knowledge in RF bar coding and scanning preferred.
- Forklift experience with certification preferred (stand-up and sit-down).
- Order picker and pallet jack experience with certification preferred.
