Inventory Control Specialist

Our client in Plano, TX is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting Production, Planning, Quality, and Shipping. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Accurately pick, verify, and release materials for production and customer orders.

• Process inventory transactions using a Warehouse Management System (WMS/ERP).

• Perform inventory verification, cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Shipping to prioritize material requests.

• Maintain accurate inventory records while following FIFO and quality procedures.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of warehouse inventory control, inventory specialist, or material handling experience.

• Experience using a WMS/ERP system and barcode scanners.

• High attention to detail with experience handling complex order pulls and inventory accuracy.

• Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills with strong verbal and written communication.

• Knowledge of IT hardware products such as servers, racks, switches, transceivers, or similar technology components is a strong plus.
