Lex Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring a Warehouse Associate to keep our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical crews supplied and organized. You'll receive, stock, and stage materials, load trucks, track inventory, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse that supports residential and light commercial jobs across DFW. This on-site, hands-on role works closely with technicians and dispatch, with training on trade-specific materials and safe equipment use.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock HVAC, plumbing, and electrical materials and equipment
- Pick, stage, and load parts and equipment for daily service and installation jobs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular cycle counts and audits
- Organize warehouse shelves, bins, and yard areas for efficient material flow
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Coordinate with technicians and dispatch to fulfill urgent material requests
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving paperwork and basic system updates
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company safety standards
- Assist with returning, warranty, and scrap materials as directed
- Support purchasing/logistics with low-stock alerts and vendor deliveries
