Part-Time Bookkeeper

Salary: $25–$30/hour

Plant City, FL 33565

Hours:

8am - 1pm (Monday - Friday)

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and ensure accurate, timely vendor payments

• Process payroll and maintain employee and contractor payment records

• Perform bank reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial reporting

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records within Quick Books Online

• Reconcile cash, receipts, ACH transactions, and credit card activity

• Support leadership with financial data and day-to-day accounting operations

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or small business accounting experience

• Strong Quick Books Online experience

• Experience with full-cycle accounting, including AP, payroll, and reconciliations

• Proven track record handling confidential financial information with accuracy and integrity
