, the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation, is hiring an Office Support Assistant for our Plant City, FL (Tampa area) office.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciles work orders
• Accounts Payable
• Creates invoices in internal and customer systems
• Communicates with customers and supervisors
• Tracks and maintains billing spreadsheets and estimates
• Records and receives purchase orders
• Other office support duties as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must have billing experience, experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented and have proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Experience with Maximo is a plus.
• Demonstrate superior communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Must be versatile and able to work both independently and as part of a team
