Bay Care Medical Group, the largest physician-led medical group in the Tampa Bay region, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our collaborative anesthesia team at South Florida Baptist Hospital in centrally located Plant City, Florida.

This opportunity welcomes both experienced CRNAs and new graduates, with Bay Cares Earn as You Learn program offering financial support during training.

Position Highlights:

- Team includes Chief CRNA, 5 anesthesiologists, and 11 CRNAs
- Collaborative care model with strong physician-CRNA partnership
- OB anesthesia experience or interest highly preferred
- Manageable case mix averaging ~25 cases/day
  - OB/Gyn, Robotics, Pediatrics, Urology, Thoracic, ENT, Vascular, OMFS, Plastics, General, Ortho Spine
- Flexible scheduling options: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

Call Schedule:

Beeper call only (no in-house overnight requirement)
Just 2 overnight call shifts per month:
