Security Officer - Part-Time Gate Attendant

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Control access at entry and exit points by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, verifying employee and contractor authorization, and maintaining accurate logs of people and vehicles entering and leaving the location;
Screen incoming and outgoing deliveries and trailers as directed, including verifying shipping documentation, coordinating with site contacts, and reporting irregularities according to post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services and documenting events in required reports;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, dock areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns for reporting
