Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, process visitor check-ins, and document deliveries, vehicles, and authorized personnel entering restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report unusual activity or policy violations;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including gates and parking areas;
Maintain accurate logs and complete required reports, communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
