Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor and control access to the distribution center by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate locations.;
Observe inbound and outbound vehicle activity, review delivery documentation as assigned, and communicate access concerns or irregularities to site leadership.;
Respond to incidents, access-control alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, gate areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
