Bay Care - - Responsibilities:
Maintain, operate, and repair buildings, equipment and systems throughout the assigned facilities.;
Read blueprints and schematics and perform general mechanical repairs.;
Provide indirect guidance and project-specific management to others.;
Perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of facility equipment across trades including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic tube, painting, carpentry.;
May be scheduled to work various shifts and weekends; may travel to other BCHS facilities.
