The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

As the Field Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and direction for field supervisors and coating crews across multiple job sites while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will partner closely with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and customers to maximize operational performance, develop field personnel, and support the continued growth of IMG.

This position requires extensive travel to customer locations throughout the assigned service area.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced coatings professional who enjoys leading people, solving operational challenges, and traveling to support projects across the country. You'll play a key role in driving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while helping develop the next generation of field leaders.

In this role, you will report directly to Operations Leadership. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by improving field operations, mentoring supervisors, and supporting the continued growth and success of the organization.
