• Inspect and process returned products
• Determine customer credit eligibility following established guidelines
• Sort, label, and organize returned materials
• Record and maintain accurate inventory and disposition data
• Download and distribute reports using Microsoft Excel
• Resolve inventory and data discrepancies
• Communicate with supervisors regarding workload and priorities
• Follow all safety procedures and facility policies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives alongside the quality team and management

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Power tool knowledge is a plus
• Basic computer skills (including Microsoft Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good math, spelling, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

This position requires standing and being active for most of your shift, lifting up to 40 pounds unassisted, and working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
