* Key Responsibilities:

* + Inspect and process returned products

+ Determine customer credit eligibility following established guidelines

+ Sort, label, and organize returned materials

+ Record and maintain accurate inventory and disposition data

+ Download and distribute reports using Microsoft Excel

+ Resolve inventory and data discrepancies

+ Communicate with supervisors regarding workload and priorities

+ Follow all safety procedures and facility policies

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives alongside the quality team and management

* Qualifications:

*
* + High school diploma or GED

+ Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred

+ Power tool knowledge is a plus

+ Basic computer skills (including Microsoft Excel)

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Good math, spelling, and communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Physical Requirements:

* This position requires standing and being active for most of your shift, lifting up to 40 pounds unassisted, and working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
