Staff Accountant | LUXE Brands The Tone:

Ensure accurate financial reporting, improve processes, and provide meaningful analysis to drive business decisions. - Tech Stack: ERP systems, Microsoft Excel
- Reporting:
Prepare financial analyses, reports, and special projects for management. - Operations:
Support the accounts payable function and assist with departmental accounting processes, including coordinating weekly payment runs. - Statements:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Reconciliation:
Reconcile general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy and data integrity, investigating and resolving accounting discrepancies. - Auditing:
Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for external auditors.
- Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
- Experience:
Candidates must have 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience, with a preference for experience gained in a mid-size or large corporate environment, specifically with companies exceeding $100 million in annual revenue. - Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze large volumes of financial transactions is also required. - Bonus: A solid understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is highly valued. Experience working with ERP systems is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to identify issues, recommend practical solutions, and follow through on implementation, are preferred. The ideal candidate will also be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong work ethic, personal accountability, and adaptability, and demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills.
