Groups Inventory Analyst​/Cruise

The Groups Inventory Analyst supports the Revenue Management team in optimising group-related revenue within HX. The role focuses on managing and analysing group inventory across all ships and sailings, ensuring effective allocation to maximise yield while supporting occupancy targets.

This role combines analytical thinking with operational execution and will work very closely with various key stakeholders across the business.

• Manage and maintain group inventory across all ships and sailings, working closely with the wider inventory team to ensure maximum optimisation.
• Work closely with the Revenue Managers to identify any risks and opportunities.
• Maintain data accuracy across systems, ensuring all group inventory and changes are correctly reflected.
• Effectively support the Groups and Sales teams to ensure consistent and effective handling of allocation and pricing.
• Review ad-hoc requests and provide timely solutions where possible.
• Support business-as-usual operations, including handling queries, making inventory and pricing adjustments, and resolving issues.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall group performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across countries, teams, and time zones.
• Previous experience with Seaware, beneficial but not required.
• Experience working extensively with detailed requests related to complex reservations and/or group bookings.
• Experience with inventory allocation in a travel, hotel, or cruise environment.
• Experience with reservations area, preferably in revenue management, inventory control, or a similar analytical experience
• Experience in maritime, expedition, or cruise industry beneficial but not required.
• Tech-forward and adaptable, with a proven ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience working in a multi-national organisation with a global guest mix.
• Ideally candidates will be based in the Eastern Time Zone.

The salary for this position is $72k to $85k USD DOE annually.
