As the Sales Order Specialist, you will manage and streamline the order lifecycle from award to shelf! You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders and the on-time delivery of products, while proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact timelines. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Support, Product Development, Logistics, Traffic, and our Asia-based operations teams, you will play a key role in maintaining operational accuracy, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Manage the timely and accurate processing of sales orders, tracking product development schedules to ensure alignment with customer on-shelf expectations
Review sales orders for accuracy, monitor factory production and daily chop dates, and work directly with account teams to correct discrepancies
Act as a key liaison between Sales, internal departments, and Asia operations to communicate updates on customer programs, delivery timelines, and order fulfillment
Communicate order status updates and issue resolutions directly to customers when needed, ensuring clear and professional correspondence
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor internal checkpoints, ensure on-time delivery, and contribute to special projects
Proactively identify potential operational challenges that may impact shipment timelines, using sound judgment to develop effective solutions with internal teams
Assist in developing or updating account-specific processes to improve efficiency while supporting onboarding and training for new team members
Perform other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For :1 to 2 years of experience in order operations, order management, sales operations, or sales support
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, import ranges, and data reconciliation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and process orientation with the ability to follow structured processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Nice To Have:- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus
