We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice with locations in Plantation and Pembroke Pines.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales or customer service background who enjoys building relationships, guiding patients through important decisions, and helping families feel confident about their orthodontic treatment. Dental experience is not required; we are happy to train the right individual!

Responsibilities & QualificationsKey Responsibilities
- Welcome and consult with new orthodontic patients and their families
- Present treatment plans and explain financial options
- Confidently discuss fees and negotiate payment arrangements
- Follow up with patients who do not start treatment immediately
- Track all new patient consultations and conversion activity
- Maintain organized and detailed patient records
- Use practice software to email, monitor, and follow up with prospective patients
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment acceptance
Qualifications
- Sales experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable discussing fees and overcoming objections
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
- Ability to travel between Plantation and Pembroke Pines
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Full‑time position
- Performance‑based bonus for each new patient who starts treatment
- Salary: $21 – $25 an hour
