Role OverviewAs a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Homewatch Care Givers, you will provide exceptional in-home care to patients throughout Broward County, Florida
. In this role, you will work closely with our care team to ensure each patient receives personalized, compassionate support tailored to their needs. This position offers part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, and overnight shifts
.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a safe and positive environment
- Monitor patients’ condition and report any changes to the care team promptly
- Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and safe living space
- Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans
- You’re a great fit if you have the following:
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA certification in the state of Florida
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- CPR certification
- Minimum of 12 non-expired in-service training hours
