Recruiter / HR Coordinator – Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred)

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial screenings and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Manage job postings and applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support pre-employment processes including background checks and onboarding.

• What You'll Do
• Support bi-weekly payroll review and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare welcome packets and coordinate a warm, professional onboarding experience.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and HR meetings
  .
• Manage HRIS data entry and maintain accurate employee records.
• Oversee pre-employment and exit interview processes, capturing valuable feedback.
• Track training acknowledgments and assist with HR audits
  .
• Jump in on special projects and other HR initiatives as needed.

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting or HR (preferred).
• 2+ years in an administrative support role.
• 2 Year Degree
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• A high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with HR systems.
