• Interview, screen, and evaluate candidates for both technical capability and cultural fit
• Work closely with a tight-knit team of ambitious, high-achieving professionals
• Use resume databases, referrals, outreach, cold calling, sourcing tools, and creative techniques to fill roles quickly
• Write compelling job postings to attract top technical and engineering talent
• Conduct full life-cycle recruiting across multiple industries
• Perform reference checks and ensure candidate credibility
• Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring technical roles
• Partner with leadership to provide insights on talent pools, sourcing strategies, and market constraints
• Document all activity with precision and consistency
• Comply with EEOC guidelines across all hiring practices
• Win, compete, and have fun doing it
