Lids - 8000 West Broward Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer escalations when Store Manager is not present;
Schedule and staff the store and assist in recruiting and training personnel;
Lead customer experience initiatives and ensure exceptional service and adherence to membership programs;
Maintain store operations including cash handling, inventory, facilities, and daily audits;
Support merchandising, visual presentations, and adherence to company policies and guidelines
