A well-established commercial landscape company backed by a national industry leader is expanding its South Florida operations and looking to add a hands-on Landscape Maintenance Manager to its leadership team. As Landscape Maintenance Manager, you will own the day-to-day performance of a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts. Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing and scheduling field crews to deliver consistent, high-quality maintenance across all assigned properties
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients | building relationships, conducting site walks, and resolving concerns quickly
• Overseeing quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to company and industry standards
• Monitoring labor, materials, and equipment to keep accounts on budget and operating efficiently
• Identifying enhancement and upsell opportunities that add value for clients and grow the account
• Training, coaching, and developing crew leaders and team members
• Coordinating with irrigation, arbor care, and enhancement teams to deliver a full scope of services
• Ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment and vehicles

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance, with proven team and account management responsibility
• Strong knowledge of South Florida horticulture, plant material, turf, and irrigation systems
• A track record of managing crews in the field and delivering results on time and on budget
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• The ability to balance office responsibilities with regular time in the field
• A valid Florida driver license and a clean driving record
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a strong plus given crew leadership needs
• Relevant certifications (such as pesticide applicator or irrigation) are a plus
