As a PCA/CNA trainee, you will assist residents with daily care needs while participating in a state‑approved CNA training program. You'll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals and develop the skills needed for long‑term success in nursing and patient care.
There will be a $500 sign‑on bonus upon completion of the CNA test, paid in two installments: first upon completion of the CNA test and second six months following.
Responsibilities- Assisting residents with daily activities
- Providing compassionate personal care
- Supporting mobility, meals, and hygiene needs
- Observing and reporting resident concerns
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Working collaboratively with nursing staff
Attending and completing CNA training classes
To continue employment, all hired PCA/CNA trainees must:
- Successfully complete the CNA training course
- Pass both the written and clinical CNA state examinations
- Complete both exams within 90 days after course completion
Employees who do not complete both testing requirements within the required timeframe may become ineligible for continued employment.
