As a PCA/CNA trainee, you will assist residents with daily care needs while participating in a state‑approved CNA training program. You'll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals and develop the skills needed for long‑term success in nursing and patient care.

There will be a $500 sign‑on bonus upon completion of the CNA test, paid in two installments: first upon completion of the CNA test and second six months following.

• Assisting residents with daily activities
• Providing compassionate personal care

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Working collaboratively with nursing staff
  
  Attending and completing CNA training classes

To continue employment, all hired PCA/CNA trainees must:

• Successfully complete the CNA training course
• Pass both the written and clinical CNA state examinations
• Complete both exams within 90 days after course completion

Employees who do not complete both testing requirements within the required timeframe may become ineligible for continued employment.
