As Sales Representative, you will be accountable for delivering sales outcomes while maintaining optimum occupancy and building a future resident list of prospective residents.
You will work under the direction of the Sales Director to execute quarterly and annual sales targets, community marketing plans, and departmental goals. You will report directly to the Sales Director and will provide courteous, honest service to residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
Essential Responsibilities- Meet or exceed daily sales activity expectations: 12‑15 voice‑to‑voice callouts per day (new and prior to sale); 4‑6 face‑to‑face appointments per week; average at least 2 reservations per month.
- Generate outreach opportunities externally and internally to increase referral network and lead generation.
- Maintain data and system integrity in CRM, ensuring accurate capture for quality reporting and appropriate follow‑up.
- Understand inventory, unit styles, and selling features of the community.
- Respond to local and national sales strategy, adjusting targets based on attrition and occupancy.
- Proactively network to understand trends and competition.
- Required Degree: College education or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration, Business, Communication, or Marketing.
- 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in sales, senior living, marketing, or real estate.
- 2+ years of leadership experience (preferred).
- Process improvement experience.
- Strong technical experience and knowledge of HR application of employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills, both hard and soft.
- Self‑starter with strong drive for results and ability to follow through with ideas.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Sound analytical acumen and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a heavily matrixed organization.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Bi‑lingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality and manage sensitive data.
- Strong organizational skills, multi‑tasking, and tolerance for tight timelines.
Pay Range: $53,085.00 - $73,062.75 per year.
Reasonable Pay Estimate: The pay range is based on qualifications, experience, skills, education, location, and internal and external equity.
