This role is for a relationship builder who knows how to generate referrals. If you’ve worked as a physician liaison, medical sales rep, or healthcare marketer and have personally driven referral volume, keep reading. If not, this is not the role.

You are responsible for one thing: growing referrals.

• Build and expand relationships with physicians, specialists, and medical offices
• Execute consistent in‑person visits across South Florida
• Position our services in a way that drives patient referrals
• Follow up with precision to convert relationships into volume
• Open new referral channels in targeted specialties
• Track performance and improve outreach strategy
• Represent the brand at events and within the medical community

• You generate consistent referral flow within your first 60–90 days
• You become a known, trusted contact across your territory
• You create long‑term referral partnerships, not one‑time conversations

• Experience in physician relations, healthcare liaison work, or medical sales
• Proven ability to build referral relationships
• Strong in‑person communication and networking skills
• Self‑managed, disciplined, and results‑driven
• Comfortable working in the field daily
• Reliable transportation
