As a Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients in the Chinese-speaking business community. You will introduce our services, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.

• – Prospect and engage local business owners and decision-makers
• – Present and sell digital marketing services — Google Ads, Google Business Profile optimization, SEO, and CRM & automation systems
• – Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, consultation, proposal, and close
• – Work warm leads provided by the company, follow up on inquiries, and support client onboarding
• – Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to grow existing accounts
• – Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

• – Maintain professional, responsive communication with all clients
• – Guide clients through setup, onboarding, and service delivery
• – Coordinate with internal marketing and support teams to ensure client success
• – Log activity, client notes, and pipeline updates accurately in CRM

• – 3 – 5 years of proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
• – Fluent in Mandarin Chinese — written and spoken
• – Basic English communication skills sufficient for internal team collaboration
• – Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• – Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable presenting to business owners and decision-makers
• – Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
• – Ability to work on-site at our Plantation, FL office

• – Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS sales
• – Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, or social media marketing platforms
• – Prior outbound sales or lead generation experience
