Goodwin-Biotechnolog is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance & HVAC Technician II to support GMP manufacturing, labs, and admin spaces in Plantation, FL. You will perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and coordinate with contractors while maintaining GMP documentation.
The role requires 3+ years in regulated environments, familiarity with GMP/FDA requirements, and CMMS (Master Control). Occasional on-call work may be required.
