Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance work orders (auto/small engine, carpentry, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, emergency generators, low voltage, pools, fire alarms, valves, fixtures, locks);
Inspect facilities, systems and components for safety and repairs;
Use a variety of hand tools and power tools; maintain tools and equipment;
Provide general labor for event set-ups, deliveries, and moves;
Troubleshoot building and equipment issues; participate in on-call schedule
