• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly
• Proficient in desktop and portable computers, including electronic database navigation
• Comfortable with prolonged standing in a warehouse environment
• Valid and unexpired Forklift Certification
• Efficiently operate warehouse equipment with a focus on safety
• Navigate and execute tasks within the WMS and 4D system using handheld scanners or On-board Computer
• Recognize and address discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate with team members and leadership
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and initiative
• Transfer knowledge effectively to colleagues and new hires
• Ensure compliance with company standards, attendance, and punctuality
• Participate in team effectiveness and establish positive working relationships
