Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Lead (English/Spanish)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay Rate:$20 – $22 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and receiving, be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and be proficient with Fed Ex and UPS shipping systems. A current sit‑down forklift certification is required. This is a hands‑on leadership role, perfect for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and ready to take charge in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Coordinate and prepare outbound shipments using Fed Ex and UPS platforms
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Operate sit‑down forklift to load/unload and organize products safely
• Train and guide warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and logistics partners

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and leadership
• Strong knowledge of Fed Ex and UPS shipping systems
• Valid sit‑down forklift certification and hands‑on experience
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time and priorities effectively
