Delta 3 Engineering, Inc. is seeking a motivated person for a full-time position with the firm as a Structural Engineer
. The applicant must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a structural background or similar educational qualifications and the ability to obtain a Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in the State of Wisconsin or Iowa.

Job DescriptionThe Structural Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, analyzing, and supporting the construction of structural systems for private and municipal commercial facilities. This position will work closely with architects, process engineers, mechanical and electrical staff, contractors, vendors, and clients to develop safe, efficient, code-compliant, and constructible designs that meet operational, sanitary, and long-term maintenance needs.
Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited engineering program.
- Ability to obtain a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Wisconsin or Iowa.
- Experience with modeling concepts, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to work independently.
- Understanding of local, state, and national regulations.
- Ability to interpret national and local codes and standards to ensure compliance.
- Must be team-oriented and capable of working with other staff members.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required.
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our company’s insurance provider.
