The Civil/Municipal CAD Drafter supports the design and preparation of plans for site development, grading, utilities, roadways, and other civil infrastructure projects.

• Draft construction documents and exhibits in Civil 3D.
• Create alignments, profiles, and cross sections.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs and plan revisions.
• Coordinate closely with engineers and survey teams to ensure accurate, high‑quality deliverables that meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Experience with modeling concepts, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently.
• Understanding of local, state, and national regulations.
• Ability to interpret national and local codes and standards to ensure compliance.
• Team‑oriented and capable of working with other staff members.
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record acceptable to the company’s insurance provider.
