Case Manager

The WIOA Case Manager is a public workforce grant funded position responsible for the coordination of enrollment and client services to eligible individuals in the One-Stop System. They are responsible for determining what program potential clients may be eligible for based on state and local guidance. The Case Manager is an individual contributor on a team that is expected to meet/exceed performance objectives under the contract and ensure compliance with client, state and federal policies and procedures.

Assess and enroll clients in: WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth programs along with any other grants we may be charged with serving. Network and develop relationships with community leaders and service organizations which will be beneficial to Manpower and the contract. Follow all policies and procedures to enroll clients while obtaining required documentation. Other accountabilities as assigned.

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work with a diverse population on a daily basis

• Bachelor’s degree in communication or human resources related area.
