Available Opportunities- Full‑Time Evening Shift (PM) – 8‑hour shifts, every other weekend rotation.
- Casual/PRN All Shifts – Flexible schedule to meet your needs.
- $21.50–24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

As a Medication Administration Aide (MAA), you assist with medication preparation, administration, and documentation, while supporting residents with activities of daily living. You must be certified in medication administration and meet the state requirements for a nursing home.
Responsibilities- Prepare and administer medications under RN/LPN direction.
- Supervise resident self‑administration or provide medication reminders.
- Access Medication Administration Records (MAR) to verify person, drug, dose, route, and time.
- Document vital signs, interventions, and other relevant data.
- Maintain resident confidentiality.
- Report any issues to the supervising nurse.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting, and other ADLs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and adherence to company and HIPAA policies.
- May work as a CNA as needed.
- Support for pursuing RN education, including tuition reimbursement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification required.
- State of Wisconsin certification for medication administration (CBRF/AL training does not qualify).
- Completed at least 100 hours as a Med Admin Aide and 4 hours of medication training per calendar year since completing the program.
- Active CPR certification.
