Part Time - Store Associate

Position Overview

Join a team dedicated to feeding communities as a Retail Store Associate, responsible for ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role involves restocking shelves, slicing deli meat, receiving products, assisting customers, and processing transactions, all while maintaining a clean, inviting environment. You will support various departments, promote store promotions, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Provide friendly customer assistance and greet shoppers
• Maintain proper stock, cleanliness, and product rotation
• Ensure sanitation and food safety compliance
• Minimize shrinkage by resolving pricing discrepancies
• Operate equipment safely, including slicers, ovens, and scales
• Collaborate across departments during promotions
• Support other team members as needed

• Knowledge of retail operations helpful
• Strong attention to detail, courteous customer service, and ability to read
• Physical ability to stand, reach, lift up to 80 lbs, and perform repetitive motions
• Experience operating kitchen and store equipment

Preferred experience includes some retail background. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, safety awareness, and productivity.
