minimum starting salary: $42,750 (increase july 1, 2026)

location: management services, learning hub campus, plattsburgh

anticipated start date: immediate opening

position information: 12-month position with 240 workdays per year and a 35-hour workweek. This position is part of the confidential employees salary and benefit package and will serve in the personnel recruitment co-ser. The successful candidate must have strong web development skills, experience with social media platforms, and a background in recruitment and human resources. This position will work closely with component districts to assist them in recruitment postings and advertisements.

paid time off: 20 paid holidays, snow days off, 15 vacation days, 18 sick days, 5 personal leave days, 3 family illness days and 3 bereavement days per occurrence

retirement system: new york state and local retirement system (nyslrs)

health insurance: 14% of premiums paid by employee. Boces pays 86% of premium.
