Acute Coronary Syndrome, Bipap/CPAP with compromised gas exchange, Cardiac diagnosis requiring closer monitoring, minimally titrating inotropic/vasodilator/antiarrhythmic/anti-platelet drips, Post PTCA/stent with arterial/venous sheath, Drug toxicity requiring advanced monitoring/frequent observation, ETOH withdrawal patient with high potential of airway compromise requiring frequent sedation, thrombolytic therapy for Client or vascular patency, major vascular surgery or leg by pass with comorbidities, Hypotension/hemodynamic instability, insulin drip therapy, Heart Failure, Carotid surgery, Electrical cardioversion, Carotid surgery, Active rewarming for temperature regulation

Requirements: " AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required; NIHSS required prior to start " Minimum of 1 year tele experience required " Insulin drips, cardiac drips, starting IV s, post cardiac cath " Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable " NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission - please note NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks and we will take that into consideration with start dates/offers Additional Information: " IVS to OFFER " Monday to Sunday " No block schedules for any reason " Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is " Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.)
