About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing operating rooms, ensuring sterile environments, and supporting the surgical team during procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain sterile operating rooms for surgical procedures

Sterilize surgical instruments and ensure proper equipment setup

Stock and organize necessary surgical supplies

Prepare patients for surgery, including disinfecting incision sites

Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies

Monitor and track surgical instruments and materials

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards

Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and the surgical team

Provide high-quality patient care throughout the surgical process

Requirements

A graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program and surgical technologist certification.

Experience with instrumentation.

Current BLS.

Strong understanding of surgical technology and surgical procedures.
