Acute Coronary Syndrome, Bipap/CPAP with compromised gas exchange, Cardiac diagnosis requiring closer monitoring, minimally titrating inotropic/vasodilator/antiarrhythmic/anti-platelet drips, Post PTCA/stent with arterial/venous sheath, Drug toxicity requiring advanced monitoring/frequent observation, ETOH withdrawal patient with high potential of airway compromise requiring frequent sedation, thrombolytic therapy for Client or vascular patency, major vascular surgery or leg by pass with comorbidities, Hypotension/hemodynamic instability, insulin drip therapy, Heart Failure, Carotid surgery, Electrical cardioversion, Carotid surgery, Active rewarming for temperature regulation Age Range: adult Special Equipment: (For example: IV Pumps: Type;
