Ensure all crew members Wow the Customer through personal contact with customers and train the crew on the BEST customer service experience;
Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager;
Lead front end operations and merchandising to meet or exceed brand standards and ensure front-end equipment is functioning and staff trained;
Manage opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers;
Perform store manager duties in absence of the Store Manager and recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members
