Provide member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services;
Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts and participate in sales/marketing events;
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, review orders, pull items, wrap and palletize, ensure order accuracy, secure items until members arrive, and follow up on out-of-stock merchandise;
Adhere to safety standards and procedures, conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, handle and dispose of hazardous materials per guidelines, report unsafe conditions;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to prioritize tasks and adapt to changes.
