Observes activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity;
Collects investigative evidence utilizing CCTV and observations from the sales floor;
Follows AP Directives and Company policy when making apprehensions;
Executes required Company investigation routines to identify and resolve theft, and properly documents all stages;
Conducts external interviews in accordance with local laws and Company policy with customers and contractors suspected of theft
